Sie ist eine Springkamera f�r den Kleinbildfilm, ausgestattet mit dem 
Vebur Verschluss der Verschlusszeiten von 1/250 sec. bis 1 sec. und 
der Langzeitbelichtung B. Als Objektiv kam das Zeiss Tessar 
mit Lichtst�rke 1:2,8/50mm zum Einsatz, auch die Welti war wie jede 
Weltini Kamera mit einer Sch�rfentiefentabelle ausgestattet. 
Die Kamera hatte au�erdem noch eine Doppelbelichtungssperre und 
eine Art Parallaxenausgleich f�r Nahaufnahmen.

Welta ein exzellenter Kamerahersteller, der vor dem Krieg als einziger
sogar in den Genuss kam au�er Leitz ein Elmar in eine seiner Kameras 
einzubauen, aber leider wurde auch das Kamerawerk Welta in Freital 
durch den kommunistischen Einheitsbrei Mitte der F�nfziger Jahre 
dazu gezwungen mehr oder weiniger minderwertige Kameras zu bauen.
