Vollautomatische Pocketkamera mit elektronischer Belichtungssteuerung und
Makro-Einstellung. Als Objektiv kam das Agfa Color-Solinar 1:2,7/26mm zum Einsatz.
Die Kamera hat einen Makrobereich bis 25cm und einen automatischen
Parallaxenausgleich bis 50cm. Über den elektronischen Verschluß konnte
eine Zeit/Blendensteuerung von 15sec bis zu 1/1000sec mit Blendenwerten
von 2,7 bis 16 realisiert werden. Die Agfamatic 5008 gehört neben der 6008
zu den absoluten Topmodellen, die der Pocketkameramarkt jemals zu bieten hatte.

About the electronic seal a time/blank faceplate control could be realized with blank faceplate values of 2.7 to 16 from 15 sec up to 1/1000 sec. The Agfamatic 5008 belongs besides 6008 to the absolute top models which the pocket camera market had ever to offer.
