Mit der A 26 Kamera wagte sich Rollei auch in das bislang von Agfa und Kodak
beherrschte Pak Kassettenformat vor, allerdings nicht wie bei den Konkurrenten
�blich mit einen Billigkameramodell aus Plastik, sondern mit einer Kamera, die
einerseits extrem kompakt ist, aber auf der anderen Seite durch eine hervorragende
Verarbeitung dem exzellenten Zeiss Sonnar Objektiv und einer problemlosen
Belichtungsautomatik zu �berzeugen wusste. Trotz alledem wurde die  A 26 nicht der
gro�e Erfolg, hatte man doch mit Rollei 35 Modellen gleich gro�e Kameras im
Programm, die aber f�r den Kleinbildfilm geeignet waren.  

With A 26 camera dared itself Rollei also in so far from Agfa and Kodak controlled Pak
cartridge format forwards, however not as with the competitors usual with cheap camera
model from plastics, but knew with a camera, which on the one hand is extremely compact, 
but on the other side by a outstanding processing the excellenten Zeiss Sonnar Objetiv 
and a problem-free exposure mechanism to convince. Despite all that A 26 did not become 
large success, had one nevertheless with Rollei equal 35 models large cameras in the 
program, which were suitable for the miniature film however.
